Dr. Danny Chu, MD, is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York, NY.

Dr. Chu earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1989 and completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in 1994, followed by a fellowship in Hepatobiliary Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1995. He became Board Certified in Gastroenterology in 2015.

Dr. Chu is a leader in the management and treatment of liver cancer patients and is also passionate about addressing health disparities in the Asian community. Dr. Chu has been serving liver cancer patients for more than 30 years.
