People with HER2 positive cancers have an opportunity to receive treatment and care that will uniquely benefit them, but many don’t know about these targeted options. Of the thousands of people in the US living with HER2 positive cancer, YOUR story may help others access treatment and care faster, leading to better outcomes for our Community.
CHMConnect.org is a health education organization looking for HER2+ Bladder, Lung, or Gynecological (Ovarian, Endometrial, Uterine) cancer patients and their caregivers who are willing to share their experiences in a private 1-hour meeting. Your insights will lead to developing educational programs tailored to HER2+ patients and their families, and you will be compensated $200 if you participate.
